Empire is an old saw mill town on Lake Michigan tucked within the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. This new neighborhood features 83 house lots and five communal septic systems gathered around a village green. It was a tandem effort with Querqus Alba. Many houses in the neighborhood were designed by Marts & Valentin Architects.
