Working with several developers with various specialties and interests, we have designed and realized numerous multi-family and mixed-use projects in and around Chicago. Most developments of this kind involve close working relationships with neighborhood associations, Alderpersons’ offices, and not the least, municipalities’ zoning departments. We strive to exceed the expectations of all invested parties to make this process smooth and quick for a successful venture.
This is a collection of affordable houses in an abandoned neighborhood near the lake. The development is near the end of a Metra train line. The houses feature Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). The SIPs make the house energy efficient and can be assembled quickly on the site, and as they are factory-made, they are a high-quality material. These are the first “permitted” SIPs in Chicago.
